There are three known clones of the Apple IIc:
Vtech LASER 128 / 128EX / 128EX2
Fully compatible with Apple, has an extended keyboard, expansion port.
Franklin ACE 500
Fully compatible with Apple, has an RGB video port, full keyboard and function keys.
Milmar Laser IIc
Really an Apple II plus clone from Brazil, it blatantly copied the //c case.
